Mold Testing
We have plastic injection machines range from 120T to 250T. With professional molding operator who has over ten-years experience, TSD satisfies customers most complex injection requirements. Meanwhile, We cooperate with two molding factories , they can do testing and also production on big tools and also tools need motor-driven injection machines.

For each step of mold inspection, testing follow-up and samples evaluation meeting, TSD is in control. Our project engineers will always take good care of the overall mold trials processing to assure parts injected under the right molding situation. It makes sure the engineers have a right judgment on mold performance and issues, right solutions for improvements and figure out once and for all.

We have experience in the following materials:
PP, ABS, PC, PC/ABS, PMMA, POM, HIPS, GPPS, AS
PA6, PA66, PA+GF
PBT, PET, PBT+GF
PPO, PPS
TPE, PE

We have records for each mold trial and injection video for the last testing. The final injection parameter and testing video will be sent to customer before mold shipment.

Molding
Currently, we have limited injection machines which using for in-house mold trials and small volume production.

Even for small volume production, we also keep the same quality control, from raw material order, pigment checking, to quality control of part dimension, cosmetic and packaging in production, and have specially-assigned person follow up to guarantee goods delivery in time.
