Quality Control
◆Quality is company’s life, our quality control throughout the whole mold making.

◆ At the beginning of mold design, we have Mold Specification List to check the mold requirements with customer together, it can avoid any information missing or error. In design phase, our experienced engineer will take Design List for self-checking, as well as project engineer will final review the drawing, to keep the minimum mistake risk.

◆ For order steel and standard parts, we have strict incoming check, and we only purchase from good credit suppliers, such as LKM, MingLee, ASSAB, DAIDO etc. We provide certification for steel, mold base and heat treatment to our customer.

◆ In tooling phase, we keep inspection on each process, especially for electrode check, until mold assembly completion, the mold maker have to self-check each tooling factors according to the Check List, then mold would be let go into mold trial.

◆ In mold trial phase, our project engineer will total flow up together with QC, project engineer will according to the mold trial condition, sample inspection report and customer feedback to handle the mold issues.

◆ When both sample and mold approved, the FQC will recheck the molds with final drawing to ensure everything is OK, then package and delivery to customer by air freight or shipping.

◆ We will keep studying and improving to guarantee offering our customer the higher parts and molds.
